We prioritize local and regional sourcing whenever possible, reducing the transportation-related emissions tied to material delivery. Additionally, by specifying energy-efficient equipment and systems, we help lower the emissions our buildings generate long after construction is complete.

On every job site, we prioritize responsible waste management, including diverting construction debris from landfills through recycling and reuse whenever possible. Our team works to minimize waste throughout the construction process, from material ordering to demolition.
