The Offerman House / Fulton Mall

The Offerman Building, an illustrious landmark residential building with a history dating back to the 1890s, recently underwent a revitalization project led by Nova Holdings. Our team provided remediation work to common areas, tenant spaces, and mechanical rooms, as well as rehabilitation of the commercial spaces at 503 Fulton Street, all in preparation for NYC Department of Buildings inspections. The project included work for tenants such as H&M, Nordstrom, TJ Maxx, and Old Navy, reflecting Nova Holdings' commitment to preserving the building's rich history while creating safe, appealing spaces for the downtown Brooklyn community.
